REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN'S PARTIES

• Book 15 days in advance.
• Pay an advance of 50% of the total cost.
• It is not allowed to bring food and beverages other than the ones provided at Formula Kart's restaurant
• Piñata, snacks, decorations must be hired at least five days before the event.
• Respect starting and ending times of the party.
• The adult responsible for the party must ensure the safety of children who attend without their parents or guardians.
• It is essential to fill the ballots of responsibility to use the karts.
• Children can not race with their parents (on their legs or on the track mixing different types of karts).
• The minimum age is 4 years.
• The quoted prices are subject to change.
• Gifts are an added value therefore can not be deleted or modified the package.
• Formula Kart is not responsible for accidents in the area of ​​the track or in the restaurant.
• Both children and adults have to respect the safety regulations of Formula Kart.
• Formula Kart must be notified at least 5 days in advance if the event/party is canceled or has a change in date.
• If the previous point is not complied, Formula Kart will only return 50% of the advance. If the advance was paid with a credit card, only 40% of the payment will be returned.
• We are not responsible for damage or theft at our facilities or parking lot.
• Beverage packages can not be changed once hired.
• Once the heats heats are hired, money cannot be returned. 
• If the customer wants to buy additional heats, they will have to alternate with regular customers.
• No driving with open-toed shoes or sandals, only closed or type.
